Set your monthly call costs by adding our great value Unlimited* UK Call Bundle, calls to 01, 02, 03 and 07 numbers are included in the package.


New phone system setup lead time is approximately 1 working day.

Number porting lead time is typically 5 – 10 working days.

Any setup or 1 off charges are paid in advance prior to the service being ordered.

SIP Cloud Essential is a 1 month rolling service which can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancelling, the service will continue until end of your current subscription period.

SIP Cloud Professional and Enterprise service contracts are an initial 12 months, which then automatically switch to 1 month rolling on the 13th month.

*Unlimited UK Landline & Mobile Call Bundle is subject to a 2000 minute per user per month fair usage policy. All users on your account must be upgraded to the package.

Re-using your current VoIP hardware? Speak to us about our complimentary provisioning service. We will help you upgrade, configure and enrol your hardware on to the SIP Cloud platform.

Ongoing helpdesk support (phone / email) and training is included at no extra cost for the duration of the service, we want you to get the best out of your system.

Onsite installation and training by a professional Sipalto engineer available at £375.00 per 1/2 day time slot, new system setups which require no visit do not incur a charge.

All (out of bundle) calls made using the SIP Cloud service are charged at the current call rate published on our Call Rates page.

Use of the SIP Cloud service is bound by our Terms & Conditions.
