Any setup or 1 off charges are paid in advance prior to the service being ordered.
SiP Cloud service contract is an initial 12 months, which then automatically switches to 1 month rolling on the 13th month.
Once initial contract term has ended all services are bound by 1 month’s written notice.
Prices are quoted ex. VAT. Please add VAT at the standard rate.
Re-using your current VoIP hardware? Speak to us about our complimentary provisioning service. We will help you upgrade, configure and enrol your hardware onto the SiP Cloud platform.
Ongoing helpdesk support (phone / email), and training is included at no extra cost for the duration of the service.
All calls made using the SiP Cloud service are charged at the current call rate published in our Call Rates page.
